Salah Extends Statement to Liverpool Dressing Room, Discloses Curtis Jones
Jones has revealed that Mohamed Salah expressed regret to the entire Liverpool squad after the uproar from his public comments.

The striker was dropped from a key Champions League match after making accusations and claiming his rapport with Arne Slot had deteriorated.
“He speaks for himself and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “He apologised to us and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, I apologise.’”
The head coach has previously declined to comment publicly on whether he was apologised to from the player.
Looking Ahead
Jones insisted that the dressing room atmosphere remained positive. “He was his usual self, his demeanour was positive and we all treated him normally,” he continued.
He also suggested that a player's desire to start is preferable. “It's clear there are different methods you can go about things,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just not start, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”
Positive Results
Liverpool's form have stayed unbeaten in the games following the situation. He feels the forward's comments were not designed to cause disruption.
“If passion has boiled over, the source has been from a place of caring,” the midfielder stated. “It's behind us and we’re building chemistry, performing and on a positive run.”
